“Staff were amazing, our family was on their highest priority and they knew exactly what needed to be done for a smooth funeral. Ms. May Hsiao is outstanding, empathetic, very professional and knowledgeable about Chinese culture. She guided us thru all the funeral procedures and take care of a lot of items like death certificate, flowers, etc. On the day of the event, everything was well set up, and May was highly attentive to all of our needs.
