“I went to visit the day before my uncle’s memorial to test the audio and slideshow, only to discover it wasn’t working. Thankfully, Daniel was there (on his day off) to help. He was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and ready for the next day. May Hsiao is outstanding, empathetic and in these times, where the family is grieving, having someone take care of as much logistics as possible is beyond a godsend. Two of my family members died within 6 months of each other. One in June in Arizona and the other in December in California.
