“I went to visit the day before my uncle’s memorial to test the audio and slideshow, only to discover it wasn’t working. Thankfully, Daniel was there (on his day off) to help. He was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and ready for the next day. On the morning of the memorial, we had planned to meet at 8:15 a.m. for setup, but Daniel called me at 7:45 a.m. to let me know he had already arrived and was getting everything ready.
