“Yvonne was kind and helpful to me and my family. She made sure to accommodate every request we had for the funeral and worked around our busy schedule while we were grieving the loss of our loved one. Besides Yvonne, every other staff member we talked with were just as pleasant to work with. The people who came to pick up our family member were very respectful of us and gave us time to say goodbye, and other staff members were able to answer our questions and accommodate our requests when Yvonne wasn't available. Thank you so much to the people we worked with at this funeral home for everything. We really appreciate the service we were given during this difficult time for our family.”

“Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors provided my mother with a traditional service on May 16th. Because I live in a different city from my mom and Yvonne was so helpful from organizing the service to ordering flowers for us so that I didn’t have to dive back and forth so much, and gives advice throughout the preparation and funeral process. Her patience brought us great comfort during our time of grief, and her excellent assistance ensured that my mother's funeral was completed smoothly. And to the person that did my mother’s make up and dressing her, you did a wonderful job, my mon look so peaceful and beautiful in her favorite clothes. From the staff member who respectfully transported our father from the hospital, to Henry Kwong who guided us through every step of the process, each person we encountered was kind, attentive, and truly professional. Henry, in particular, went above and beyond. He brought calm and clarity to a stressful time, offering thoughtful guidance without ever pressuring us into services we didn't need. He honored both our father's wishes and our family's preferences, and ensured everything proceeded on our timeline — which meant the world to us, as our family is spread across the country and many had to travel back to California.
