It’s hard to put into words the profound loss we feel with the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Kooi. I had the pleasure of working with Kooi since 2018 and was fortunate enough to be his manager for the last three years. Kooi was truly one of the most brilliant and kind engineers I’ve ever worked with.
He had a rare gift for solving even the most difficult engineering challenges, and his resourcefulness was unmatched. More than that, he was an invaluable mentor to me and so many others on the team. We all benefited from his technical expertise and learned so much just by being around him. Kooi's kindness and willingness to help were what truly set him apart. He was a vital part of our team, and his legacy of excellence and generosity will forever be remembered.
